1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MaCho Woodworks (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website (machowoodworks.com), browsing our live catalog, generating cost estimates through our Online Estimator, booking a 3D laser ocular inspection, or signing a modular fabrication contract, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms comply with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads Transparency Guidelines, Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000), and the Philippine Civil Code provisions on Contracts for a Piece of Work (Articles 1713–1731).
2. Scope of Direct-Factory Services
MaCho Woodworks is a premier, direct-factory modular cabinetry fabricator operating an industrial CNC manufacturing facility in Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite. Our commercial scope includes:
- Custom Modular Kitchens: Base cabinets, wall hanging units, pantries, and island counters fabricated from imported marine plywood and anti-moisture boards.
- Sintered Stone Countertops: Precision CNC waterjet cutting, 45-degree mitered seamless waterfall edges, and flush undermount sink cutouts.
- Walk-in & Built-in Closets: Bespoke wardrobes, fluted panel facades, smoked bronze glass displays, and integrated warm sensor LED channels.
- Space-Saving TV Walls & Living Consoles: Acoustic slat feature walls, floating media consoles, and hidden storage partitions.
- Condo & Residential Interior Fit-Outs: Complete modular woodwork tailored to high-rise building guidelines and single-family residences across Cavite, Metro Manila, Laguna, Tagaytay, and provincial Luzon.
3. Transparent Pricing Engine & Quotations
In full compliance with Google Legal Standards regarding transparent pricing and anti-deceptive representations:
- Website Packages & Online Estimator: Prices displayed on our Shop page (
products.php) and generated via our Online Kitchen Estimator reflect standard linear meter benchmarks using baseline materials (e.g., marine plywood carcass, DTC soft-close hinges, quartz/sintered stone). - Formal Written Quotation: Due to architectural site variations, ceiling heights, electrical layout, and premium hardware options (such as Blum Aventos HF bi-fold lifts or custom sintered stone veining), a formal, itemized quotation is issued following the on-site laser ocular inspection.
- Quotation Validity: All formal written quotations remain guaranteed and valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, protecting clients against interim material supply fluctuations.
- No Hidden Surcharges: Itemized estimates explicitly break down cabinet carcasses, door finishes, stone fabrication, hardware, logistics, and on-site assembly. Any scope expansions requested by the client are documented via formal Variation Orders prior to cutting.
4. Site Oculars & 3D CAD Approval Process
High-precision modular cabinetry requires exact spatial verification before factory production begins:
- 3D Laser Ocular Survey: Our technical team conducts an on-site survey using electronic laser measures to verify wall plumb, floor leveling, ceiling heights, plumbing rough-in points, and electrical receptacle coordinates.
- Photorealistic 3D CAD Shop Drawings: We develop detailed 3D CAD renders and dimensional shop drawings showing exact cabinet elevations, drawer alignments, handleless Gola profiles, and appliance clearances.
- Mandatory Client Sign-Off: Factory CNC fabrication does not commence until the homeowner, architect, or authorized representative reviews, approves, and signs the 3D CAD drawings and material finish schedule.
- Post-Approval Modifications: Any structural or dimensional changes requested after CAD sign-off and CNC board nesting may incur material restocking and machining variance charges.
5. Commercial Payment Terms & Milestone Schedule
To maintain direct-factory integrity and ensure guaranteed material allocation, all custom cabinetry projects adhere to our standardized Philippine cabinetry milestone schedule:
| Milestone | Percentage | Deliverable & Trigger Event |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Downpayment | 50% | Due upon contract signing to lock in factory CNC production queue, procure raw marine plywood boards and sintered stone slabs, and complete detailed 3D CAD shop drawings. |
| 2. Progress Delivery | 40% | Due upon factory completion and physical delivery of all flat-pack modular carcasses, laminated door panels, and hardware packages to the client installation site. |
| 3. Final Turnover | 10% | Due upon full installation, hardware alignment, countertop fitment, site cleanup, and joint inspection sign-off of the final turnover punchlist. |
Accepted Payment Methods: Direct bank wire transfers (BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands / BPI, UnionBank of the Philippines), corporate check payments, verified GCash/Maya business transfers, or official on-site cash receipts. Official Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) receipts are issued for all project payments.
6. Factory Timelines, Logistics & Site Readiness
We pride ourselves on manufacturing speed enabled by computer-automated CNC nesting and PUR edge-banding machinery:
- Production Lead Time: Standard fabrication timeline is 3 to 4 weeks commencing from the receipt of downpayment and finalized client sign-off on 3D CAD drawings.
- Delivery Coverage Areas: We deliver and install directly across Cavite (Dasmariñas, Imus, Bacoor, Kawit, General Trias, Silang, Tagaytay), Metro Manila (NCR), Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, and provincial Luzon.
- Client Site Readiness Requirements: Prior to the arrival of our installation crew, the installation area must be structurally dry, roofed, with finished wall plaster, floor tiles completed, and basic electrical power available.
- Condominium Clearances: For condominium installations, the client or property manager is responsible for securing move-in/work permits and elevator reservations in accordance with building administration rules.
7. Custom Goods Cancellation & Refund Policy
In strict compliance with Google Merchant Center policies regarding customized, made-to-order merchandise and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):
- Bespoke Nature of Goods: All cabinetry units, stone countertops, and closet systems fabricated by MaCho Woodworks are custom-built to millimeter dimensions tailored specifically to the client's architectural floor plan. As such, these items cannot be resold or repurposed for other residences.
- Cancellation Prior to Factory CNC Cutting: If a cancellation is requested after contract signing but before raw boards are cut on the CNC machine, a refund of the 50% downpayment will be granted, less incurred expenses for the on-site laser ocular survey and 3D CAD drafting (capped at 15% of project total).
- Cancellation Post-CNC Fabrication: Once raw marine plywood boards or sintered stone slabs have undergone computer CNC cutting and edge-banding, the 50% downpayment is non-refundable, as materials have been permanently customized to the client's spatial dimensions.
- Defect Rectification Guarantee: In the unlikely event that any panel or hardware fails to match the signed 3D CAD specifications, MaCho Woodworks will re-cut, replace, and install the corrected piece at zero additional cost to the client.
8. Multi-Year Comprehensive Warranty Schedule
We stand firmly behind the structural longevity of our factory direct builds:
Official Factory Warranty Coverage:

- Sintered Stone Countertop Guarantee: Sintered stone surfaces are guaranteed against factory fabrication defects, countertop joint separation, and thermal cracking under standard domestic culinary use.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

In the event of any controversy, claim, or disagreement arising from a project, both parties commit to an amicable 30-day conciliation period.
